Build your career in the Residential building janitorial field! We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and professional candidate to work as an Alliance janitorial worker. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities in order to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and restroom maintenance. We have day and evening positions available.

A building cleaner is responsible for ensuring that a building is clean and well-maintained. The job requires various tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. They are also responsible for removing trash from the premises, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with clients and other staff members effectively. They should also have good time management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed within the given time frame.
A building cleaner must be able to stand for extended periods of time and performing of repetitive motions. They must also be able to work independently or as part of a team.
To be considered for this role please have at least 1 year of maintenance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the interior of the property and common areas, including hallways, stairs, lobby floors, and bathrooms.
- Use a cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
- Stocks hand towels in bathrooms.
- Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
- Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, etc.
- Pick up and empty trash containers.
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician of items that are not working properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
To be considered for this position you:
You must pass a criminal background check.
Must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience.
Must be legally eligible to work in the US/Debe tener papeles para trabajar en Estados Unidos.
