Branch Operations Manager - Georgetown Market

Branch Operations Manager is a lead role to the Operations Manager, ensuring that banking operations are consistent with established procedures for New Accounts, Teller Operations, Marketing and Customer Service. The Branch Operations Manager will report to the Market President.
Operations

• Oversees day to day Operations Employees; manages timekeeping policies

• Coordinates with Human Resources on staffing needs, disciplinary reporting and yearly reviews of Operations Employees

• Responsible for implementing Operations Policies and Procedures approved by the Chief Operations Officer

• Assists Market President with general reporting along with tracking of bank performance goals and strategies

• Submits marketing strategies for visual development and compliance review

• Administers annual security training with Bank Security Officer

• Maintains a lobby experience consistent with all other bank locations

Branch Operations Manager is also part of the New Accounts Group and carries the duties as described below:

• Responsible for processing new account transactions

• Assisting customers in their choice of various accounts and financial services

• Cross-selling the Bank's products and services

• Opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; informational updates

• Performing branch clerical duties

• Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations

• Referring customers to proper staff for new services

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma required
Associates degree or higher preferred
Experience in Commercial Banking
Personal Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be able to multi-task while paying attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and work independently; can also work effectively within a team
Maintains positive attitude in a sometimes stressful and demanding environment
Follows instruction and is willing to ask questions, flag mistakes
Can effectively prioritize and execute tasks
