ALLERGY ASTHMA CLINIC is Hiring a Prior Authorization Specialist Near Chandler, AZ
Allergy Asthma Clinic Ltd is looking for a PART-TIME Prior Authorization Coordinator in our Chandler location. This position will also work at the front desk as back up.
**After front desk training is complete there will be a few travel days to our Phoenix locations for biologic Prior Auth Training**
Hours:
Monday 9-5:30 (30 min paid lunch)
Tuesday 9-7:00 (1 hour paid lunch)
Friday 9-5:30 (30 min paid lunch)
There are opportunies to pick up another day (8 hours) either Wed/Thu when we are open.

Job Duties include, not not limited to:
Primary Job Duties:
Prior Authorization for specialty medications (prior P/A experience required)
Back up front desk
Additional Job Duties:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly manner
Answering incoming calls
Appointment Scheduling
Payment collection (copay/deductible/coinsurance)
Verify Insurance Eligibility and Benefits as needed
Appointment Confirming
Check in/Out
Data Entry
Scanning Documents
Other assigned duties
Skills:
Excellent patient rapport
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication and chart documentation
Patient confidentiality
EMR Experience preferred
Prior Authorization Experience Required
This is a private medical practice specializing in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. All our physicians are Board Certified Allergists.
