Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts receivable. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our company.

Duties:
- Process and record customer payments in accounting software
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Assist with revenue cycle management, including tracking and analyzing accounts receivable data
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Provide support during audits or financial reviews

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dealership accounting or related field preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of account reconciliation procedures
- Experience in public accounting or accounts payable is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
