• The work space will be based out of Blair, NE.

What we need from you?

• Great work ethic, positive attitude and the drive to succeed!

• Manage jobs start to finish – develop customer leads, job walkthroughs, estimating, job planning/organization, be able to set daily goals and expectations, site visits and final walkthroughs.

• Be able to communicate with crew and management in regards to the scope of work, plans, troubleshooting and any additional information.

• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and profitability of projects being managed.

• Have the time management skills to manage multiple jobs at one time.

Just a couple more things….

• Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
• Industrial field experience: 2 – 5 years (Preferred)
• Valid Driver s License
• Excellent communication skills
