Lead Appliance Installer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Installer to join our team. As an Appliance Installer, you will be responsible for installing, setting up, and ensuring the proper functioning of a range of appliances in residential and commercial settings. Your primary goal is to deliver outstanding customer service by providing efficient installation services while adhering to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Install various types of appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.

2. Read and interpret product specifications, installation instructions, and wiring diagrams to ensure proper installation of appliances.

3. Remove existing appliances from designated premises safely and efficiently.

4. Inspect and test appliances before and after installation to confirm proper operation and identify any defects or malfunction.

5. Ensure proper alignment and leveling of appliances to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics..

6. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory needed for appliance installation projects.

7. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times to prevent accidents or damage during installation.

8. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation, including job orders, service reports, and customer feedback forms.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

2. Proven experience as an Appliance Installer or similar role.

3. Exceptional technical skills and knowledge of various appliances, their installation processes, and wiring systems.

4. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to appliance installation.

5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

7. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

8. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy appliances and equipment 70lbs.

10. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
