The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have experience in preparing accurate print files for vehicle graphics. With a competitive salary of $18 - $22 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented graphic designer with a passion for customer service and a background in Signs. $18 - $22 hourly

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales, design, and production process
• Increase sales by creating lasting relationships and digging deeper into customer needs
• Prepare quotes and proofs for customer approval, and print ready files for production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Project coordination between customer, production, vendors, and installation
• Use good time management to prioritize activities to increase the bottom line

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the ability to create print and cut files for vehicle wraps and print
• Ability to use Quoting software, Outlook, and CRM to manage jobs and customer information
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read and analyze the information required to create quotes. Able to create professional emails and project descriptions and a clear-speaking voice
• Ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and mark-ups to create accurate invoices
• Two years of experience in the sign industry
• Two years of experience in customer service
