We are seeking a motivated, passionate, diligent, creative, analytical and customer- oriented Business Analyst with significant expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, impact analysis, gap analysis and client interactions.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Architects and Product Team to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Work with Experience Owners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
- Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes
- Will need to clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations.
- Will be working with Product Management and Business Users to determine features and roadmaps.
- Will use analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity.
- Will need to translate technical information for product manager or stakeholders to consume.
- Will be articulating business problem to the team which enables them to determine best solutions.
- Will be writing technical user stories for the team to consume.
- Will Interact with architects and development leads to explore solutions.
- Will need to be cross functional and ready to help the team when needed.
- Will work with different teams and product owners to discuss dependencies and discuss best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 4 years of business analyst experience
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
- Requirements Analysis
