POSITION TITLE: Manufacturing Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing
REPORTS TO: Manufacturing Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The individual will be an expert on all processes and equipment in the manufacturing area. The individual will provide leadership to the manufacturing team and work with the Manufacturing Manager to meet production goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating production objectives to staff
- Assisting Manager to organize workflow by helping to assign responsibilities
- Monitor operations to assure accuracy and run completion
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Train all incoming staff
- Accurately review and complete associated master records and logbooks
- Utilize JD Edwards software for manufacturing data collection
- Work directly with warehouse to assure component and product staging and readiness
- Operate manufacturing equipment for pharmacy, blending, compression and coating when necessary
- Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain efficient operations
- Follow all cGMP requirements as detailed in SOPs
- Provide additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED. College degree a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing (3-5 years)
- Must demonstrate leadership qualities
- Must work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
