Allegiance Trucks is Hiring a Parts-Regional Sales Manager - Scranton Near Olyphant, PA
What you'll be involved in:
Create and manage a high performing team utilizing exceptional leadership qualities
Increase sales and gross profit month over month and year over year
Assist with pricing and products regionally and network wide
Ride along with Outside Parts Sales Representatives and provide coaching as needed
Visit locations on a regular cadence and have an exceptional relationship with parts, service, and sales
Work with managers to increase sales by going after customers to bring trucks into the shop and supply leads for new and used truck sales
Have a regular cadence (weekly) communication with Regional Vice President
Create a dashboard for OPS to see current goals and plan verse actual (know whether they are winning or losing everyday)
Create a plan to help Outside Parts Sales team reach their goals and grow
Communicate and interact with a diverse group of people to drive a positive outcome
Stay up on current market trends, products, and services to build out a robust training plan for outside sales to be successful and offering solutions to customers

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
5-8 years' experience in the industry and outside sales with ability to quanitfy growth and development of high performing teams
2-3 years experience leading a sales team of 3 employees
Pay: $75k base completive commission structure and full benefits #ATR6
