Job Description This position is responsible for the safe manufacture of microspheres, a light-weight functional additive for industrial use.

Responsibilities also include packaging the end-product and quality control to ensure the product meets specifications. Pay : $ Shifts : 2nd shift 2 : 00pm, Monday 12 : 30am, Friday3rd shift 8 : 00pm, Monday 6 : 30am, Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean work environment complying with 5S housekeeping standards
• Lifts and dumps containers / bags of materials into hoppers to create batches of product
• Ensure continuity of material flow for the process
• Stage raw materials for batches
• Operate packaging machines to fill drums and boxes
• Take samples as needed or required for quality assurance
• Ensure recyclable materials are broken down and placed in loading area
• Ensure pallets are stocked for loading materials
• Remove unused pallets from work area
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Qualifications :
• Education Must be able to pass basic skills assessment; High school diploma or GED
• Experience manufacturing experience, including ability to drive a forklift Physical Requirements :
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass forklift certification and operate the forklift on a daily basis#SC
