As a Material Handler, you'll be responsible for efficiently storing, moving, and handling products and materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Identify, transport, pack, remove, and dispose of products and materials with precision and efficiency
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load / unload orders as required
• Maintain inventory levels as directed by supervisors or leads
• Feed production lines with product according to schedule or directives
• Ship and receive materials throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner, adhering to safety policies and procedures at all times
• Count, weigh, and record numbers of units or materials moved or handled accurately
• Ensure that product moved is correctly identified and labeled
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and picking up stray product
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned to support production objectives

Requirements :

• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of employment
• Proficiency in operating stand-up and extended forklifts
• Basic math skills for inventory-related tasks
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English (preferred)
