Allegiance Staffing is looking for a Kitting Line Worker for a 1st shift position with a Printing Facility located in Castleton, IN. The assembly workers put together packets of information as directed by the leads.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that company established practices are followed and maintained the lead by example, address the issue if appropriate, elevate to management if necessary.
• Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Assists assemblers with assembly problems, escalate as necessary
• Ensure assemblers are properly trained before independently performing a procedure
• Maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork and a pleasant workplace

Schedule
1st Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm
Salary: $14.00
