Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in construction management software. Duties: - Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any questions or concerns - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to maintain a safe work environment Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, or Primavera - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction techniques - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for construction management and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this position. Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
