Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
• Source and establish new relationships with referral partners in the community.
• Prepare materials such as but not limited to Power Point Presentations, advertisements and other promotional supplies.
• Attend Community events, and Networking events, etc. to further increase the exposure of Allegiance Home Health.
• Attend all training programs as required by Director or Administrator.
• Maintain records and provide the Director with daily and weekly progress reports.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients

Requirements:

• Exceptional people skills; able to exude confidence in challenging situations.
• Experience in sales at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Healthcare experience is a strong preference but not mandatory.
• Self-driven, and self-disciplined with a determination to achieve results.
• Must possess a readiness to engage in and embrace our tailored sales training initiatives.
