$8.00/hr. Barista Position
Requirement:
*** Must be able to work every other weekend. We will be open all-day Saturdays and Sunday mornings. ***
**Currently need a responsible person for 1st shift. Hours may vary, but for the most part it is 6:00am/7:00am to 2:00PM/3:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and teas.
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
-Make sure to keep things restocked and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience is not necessary.
- Familiarity with basic math for handling cash transactions and sales total
- Willing to learn basic food safety guidelines which will be provided
- Experience using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients (recipes will be provided)
