Basic Qualifications
At least four (4) years of machine repair, hydraulic repair, iron worker of industrial maintenance/millwright experience
Or
A licensed Journeyman Millwright through a state indentured apprenticeship
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Solid mechanical aptitude in complex mechanical assemblies including precision measurements
Able to read and interpret blueprints
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
An analytical and detail-oriented personality
Knowledge of conventional welding and industrial equipment operations
Responsibilities:
Locating problems through close observation of machinery and staff practices.
Performing careful inventory and stock checks, and placing orders for required material and equipment.
Sourcing replacement parts and liaising with vendors.
Assisting with training of all new hires.
