Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a skilled Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper.

In this role you will (but not limited to):

The primary role of the position is ensuring the cleanliness of all food preparation and dinnerware items; providing assistance wherever needed, and ensure a clean, hazard-free environment in the kitchen.

• Clean and sanitize plates, dishes, platters, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils to ensure that all are free of food and grease.
• Put away clean items in the proper location
• Keep kitchen, pot area and dish room clean
• Sweep and mop floors as needed to keep free of slipping hazards and debris
• Assist with general prep work
• Take garbage, recyclables, and boxes out of the kitchen as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
• Reliable work transportation
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
