Allcare Treatment Services is a small community agency that provides quality, comprehensive, personalized care to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve. We are looking for a Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and guidance to our clinicians and ensure quality behavioral health services are provided in accordance with all regulatory standards. The successful candidate must have an understanding of clinical trends to ensure quality services and will be responsible for overseeing best practices, managing caseloads, developing policies and procedures, training clinicians, and overseeing the daily operations of the clinic.

Hours are 5 am to 12 pm Monday through Friday.

$81,000 - $92,000

• Supervise and monitor counselors.
• Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and regulations.
• Oversee daily operations of clinic.
• Provide consultation and clinical guidance to staff members.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Aid in audits, billing, payroll, and various administrative duties under the direction on Medical Director.

• Education: BS in Behavioral Health or Psychology and Maryland State Supervisor certificate. CAC-ADS, LCSW, LCPC
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, and Electronic Health Records.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and decision-making; ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• US Work Authorization: Must possess permanent work authorization in the US.
