Job Description:

Verifies patient information and prepares patients for examination by performing vital signs and record patient information into the EMR System.

• Interact with patients and document medical, family and medication history,
• Scan and upload documents into the EMR system.
• Function as a team member, including being flexible to work additional hours when needed.
• Administer Injections
• Preforms Diabetic Retina Exams, Vascular Testing and EKG’s when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Medical Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified clinical Medical Assistant from an accredited school.
• Medical Terminology.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) (English/Vietnamese) preferred, but not required.
