At AllCare Complete, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator with a strong emphasis on sales to join our dynamic team. As the Patient Acquisition and Community Coordinator, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand and increase patients. This roles overall objective is to increase our senior patient population.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through 55 community research, networking, and cold-calling.

-Follow up with leads and track efficiently in CRM

-Develop relationships with Specialists, Insurance Plans, and Brokers

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

- Manage the company's social media channels, developing engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

- Assist with the planning and execution of events and trade shows to promote our brand and products.

- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to the Marketing Manager to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different mediums

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential leads and referral sources

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ CRM software

- Background in healthcare with an emphasis on Senior Care is preferred
