Responsibilities: 

The Speech Therapist is responsible for the provision of speech therapy services including but not limited to; evaluation and treatment of an assigned case load of patients. This includes maintaining documentation standards, participating in eating program, assuming responsibility for patient treatment in the absence of other ST's and coordinating treatment with interdisciplinary team, patient and family. 

Requirements: 

• Valid State SLP license required.
• Health Care Provider BLS required within 90 days of hire and current CPR certification required.
