RN Supervisor- FT 2^nd shift 

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation is recruiting for a full-time 2^nd shift RN Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, friendly and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience working with the geriatric population is a plus. The RN Supervisor oversees the LPNs and CNAs to ensure operational needs of the facility are met.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a direct liaison to physicians-reporting abnormal findings, obtaining orders etc.
• Participates in orienting new staff.
• Facilitates nursing care to all resident units including distribution of staff. 
• Participates in performance improvement studies. 
• Promote safety, health and comfort of residents, staff and co-workers

Skills

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Long term/sub-acute care experience preferred
• Social perceptiveness and empathy
• Ability to multitask 
• Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
• Time management
• Willing to submit to background checks
• RN Diploma, AD or BS degree required
