A beautiful rated Nursing home in Morristown NJ is currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that a sufficient number of CNAs LPNs and/or RNs are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality of care is maintained
• Make rounds to ensure all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments
• Monitor absenteeism to ensure adequate personnel at all times
• Inform nursing service of new admissions, time of arrival, room assignment, etc.
• Monitor medication pass
• Review medication cards for completeness of information

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as RN supervisor for 2 years
• Good clinical assessment skills
• In-depth knowledge of Point Click Care
• Great people skills
• Great organizational and stress management skills
• Valid RN and CPR certification
