We are Hiring a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. With Occasional evenings & weekends

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license, and insurable driving record
• 4 years of HVAC experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• 06B Electrical license
• Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential equipment
• Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications
• Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experience educating customers about repair and replace options
• Residential installation experience desired
• Advanced customer service skills
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
• Willingness to invest time in training and classes
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
• Pass background and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
