Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Scheduler at All Ways Caring HomeCare in Fishers, IN. As a Scheduler, your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients, ensuring proper coverage and timely services. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, caregivers, and team members
- Experience in scheduling or similar administrative role
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
- Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
