Job Description: We are seeking all level fence installers / fence laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience installing and removing various types of fences, including, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental fences. The fence installer MAY work on both residential and commercial projects. All Vinyl Fencing, LLC makes safety top priority in ensuring that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards.

Requirements:

- MUST have reliable transportation to and from work each day

- Valid New Jersey Drivers License

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Measure and mark fence lines, ensuring that they are straight and level

- Dig post holes using hand and power tools

- Install fence posts, gates, and panels

- Secure fences to posts using hand and power tools

- Repair and replace damaged fences as needed

- Ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Load all materials up and onto truck for job and deliver them to job site

Experience (PREFERRED):

- Previous experience in fence installation

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans is a plus

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction
