Position Overview

Our fast-growing, dynamic business is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric, problem solving, leader, who loves providing excellent customer service, and creating new business opportunities to drive new growth.

What you will do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Maintain contact list and build relationships with current customers through consistent “check-in” and “drop by” to ensure we are top of mind for all uniform essentials
  • Provide partnering service to walk-in B2B customers to help determine their needs, while using product and industry knowledge to provide solutions. Cross-sell and upsell for increased sales
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions and be knowledgeable about the products
  • Strive to become a subject matter expert of product offerings both new and old, as well as the industry and how our product meets a need. Have a hunger to continue learning
  • Proactively manage the order process from the time you place the order, to the follow-up once the order has been delivered
  • Manage your own customers and customer escalations to complete or resolve customer requests
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to all customers

  • Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to customer needs.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and judgment
  • Open availability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends as customers require
  • Understanding of Microsite Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Physical capability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
