All Trades Idaho LLC is Hiring a Field Technician Near Meridian, ID

As a Field Technician, you will play a key role in executing a wide range of construction projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale remodels. With expertise across multiple trades, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge to projects that enhance the beauty, functionality, and value of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute construction projects according to client specifications, project plans, and company standards.
  • Perform a diverse range of tasks across multiple trades, including but not limited to plumbing installations and repairs, electrical work, cabinetry installations, flooring installations, tile work, painting, and etc.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Occasional Interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately implement construction tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges and obstacles as they arise during project execution.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition, ensuring they are properly utilized and stored.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance job performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in construction trades is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a field technician or similar role, with expertise across multiple trades related to construction.
  • Proficiency in various construction disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, tile, home renovations, and remodeling projects
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools..
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
