We are looking for a rock-solid leader in the commercial HVAC industry ready to manage a motivated team. Commercial and Residential HVAC Project Management Experience Required. Responsibilities

• Monitor field labor productivity, using KPIs and labor management
• Coordinate project and material need to maintain field labor productivity
• Provide "hands-on" assistance at the job site for field crews to ensure maximum productivity
• Assist on-site field mechanics with the development of work sequence and material needs
• Oversee all equipment, specifically air handling devices, fans, and other critical equipment
• Assist in developing new Foreman/Mechanics through on-site and classroom training
• Assist in troubleshooting and service calls on installed systems when required
• Monitor direct reports progress and performance
• Completely understand and enforce our safety policy. Weekly toolbox talks and site safety inspections should be implemented

Desired Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience
• Strong commercial experience preferred
• Experience with installs and reading blueprints
• Experience managing a team of 8 or more
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schematic form
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts
• Industry certifications and licenses a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
