IT Support Specialist - Tier 2 (Full Time)

Due to Parts ASAP recent expansion and rapid growth locally, we are looking to fill a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist position in a high energy environment.

Location: De Soto, IA, or Remote

What will I do?

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
• Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and telecom issues.
• Educate all employees on common hardware and software applications
• Create and resolve appropriate service requests within Service Desk Plus environment
• Resolve process service tickets by redirecting end users to existing process documentation

What’s required from me?

• High school diploma required
• Three plus years of experience working in an IT support role assisting remote users.
• Intermediate hands-on knowledge of modern computer hardware, software and cloud systems.
• Good communication skills; capable of being easily understood remotely via phone and email by those without technical knowledge
