All Star Primary Home Care has an immediate job opening for an experienced, caring, and dependable Provider/Caregiver to provide in-home care. Experienced caregivers must meet the needs of our clients: Allowing them to maintain their independence at home by perform domestic and household tasks.

Caregivers must be:

• Caring and compassionate personality
• Must be able to read and write, and appropriately interpret written instructions related to assigned client care.
• Must possess the ability to effectively deal with client(s) family(ies), significant other(s) and personnel involved with the client, and the delivery of services provided by the agency.
• Proven working experience as home health aide preferred.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and demonstrate overall maturity and responsibility.
• High School diploma/ GED
• Reliable transportation

Assignment: Provider/Caregiver

Monday-Saturday 7-9pm and Sundays 8:30am-2pm
