All-Star Power Cleaning is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to oversee and enhance our office operations. This hybrid role is designed to offer the flexibility of remote work, combined with scheduled time in our Columbia Station office, allowing for effective collaboration and hands-on engagement with our team.

Job Type:

  • Full-time, hybrid (remote and in-office)
  • Monday to Friday schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Begin with an in-depth training period alongside our production crews to fully grasp the business operations.
  • Manage incoming calls, customer inquiries, and respond promptly to client needs.
  • Assist in the quotation process, preparation of work orders, and dispatch scheduling.
  • Oversee daily office tasks including bookkeeping, inventory management, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
