Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate/Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of appliance sales is an advantage
- Proficient in English language
