❗All Star Albany has an opening for a Part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager at a farm❗
This company is looking for an experienced and dedicated bookkeeper to work with QuickBooks, works well with excel sheets to manage farmer inventory, billing to press and payment of straw commodities. Monthly PUC reports and ODOT compliance reporting and MUST have great organization and priority skills. You will also assist with the owner’s monthly billings, keeping them organized and maintaining their work schedule up to date. Computer skills are required.
The work schedule is very flexible and can be discussed; Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays would be ideal. Located in Albany, OR; starting between $15-$18/hr DOE.
This position is temporary and will close at the end of the year.
