EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR

All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team. We value teamwork and individual efforts of every employee. Responsibilities

• Customer is greeted at their vehicle.

• Place paper floor mat and seat cover in the customer’s vehicle for protection.

• Gather customer and vehicle information with Wi-Advisor.

• Perform a vehicle walk around with the Customer.

• Record the customer’s needs and document into CRM.

• Review the customers maintenance schedule.

• Explain the complimentary Multi-Point inspection.

• Confirm the Customer’s preferred method of contact.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License

• 2 Plus Years Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills
