Overview:

We are New and Used car dealership in the Palestine, Texas area and are currently seeking to hire a General Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive sector, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance to GM
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Train sales consultants
• Manage inventory
• Purchase used inventory at auction

Pay is dependent on experience.

Qualifications:

• Dealership Management experience
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Familiarity with OEM operations
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
