**Job Summary:**
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities within the operations department. This individual will ensure efficient operation processes, manage staff, and strive for continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an operational setting.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and coach operations staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Report on departmental performance to management.
- Drive initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
