WE PREFER NO WINDOW INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCE WITH POWER TOOLS WOULD BE NICE. We provide extensive training. Advancement opportunities available.

Potential pay as high as $50,000 - $ 60,000 per year.

1. Works closely with Install Lead Technician to perform installation of residential windows, doors, patio doors and sliders.

2. Will engage in some finish trim work.

3. Will work with plaster, insulation and caulk.

4. Makes certain that work assignment is correct, asks for clarification if there are questions.

5. Maintains cleanliness of work area and customer's premises.

6. Accounts for all time and material used.

10. Must show courtesy and tact at all times when dealing with others.

11. Performs all work in a safe manner; attends safety meetings, adheres to safety rules and wears personal protective equipment as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to pass drivers road test operating pick-up truck pulling trailer.

Ability to drive standard shift vehicle is preferred.

Must have experience with small power tools, screw guns, various saws, caulk guns and other tools.

Must be able to work from ladders and scaffolding.

Must be able to take and follow direction without argument.

Must be clean cut in appearance and represent the company well.

Must pass criminal history check (no felonies); must pass post offer drug test.

Will work a 4-day work schedule; most days 10-12 hours or more; will have some overtime during peak season.

Full time position eligible for benefits in 90 days; benefits include MEC Health Plan, Dental, Life, 401(k)Plan; Holidays and Vacation.

Pay is based on experience; $18.00 - $20.00/hr. range for first 90 days then will be paid piece work (by the window installed.)
