Inside Sales Representative needed.

Looking for a high energy sales representative to join our talented team. This person will be in a customer facing role and must be charismatic, friendly and able to handle customer complaints with grace.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Self driven and motivated
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Follow up with customers and potential customers on sales leads and inquiries
• Capture details of client requests into work orders including design information, item description, product SKU
• Order merchandise daily to match customer requests
• Create mockups and share with customer for approval prior to beginning production on orders
• Create and print films used to produce screens
• Create, send and follow up on invoices with customers
• Monitor invoices to ensure timely payment by customers, send reminders as needed
• Notify customers of order completion
• Resolve customer issues or concerns
• Organize orders into customer database for future order retrieval and reference
• Engage multiple customers on a daily basis while prioritizing previous inquiries

Skills Desired:

• Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment and balance many orders at the same time

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in screen printing and/or graphic design a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
