We are currently seeking a skilled foreman to join our team at All Seasons Roofing, Inc. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including small roofing repairs, small roofing jobs, overseeing roofing crews, managing your own schedule, job estimating and more. If you have experience in roofing and enjoy working with your hands and people, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Meet and talk to customers looking for exterior work to be estimated

- Perform some carpentry tasks, as well as knowledge of gutters, siding, and roofs

- Measure and create estimates for customers needing exterior work to be completed

- Restore and repair existing structures

- Longer hours during the summer - winter goes down to 32 hours

- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience

- Proficient in measuring and estimating

- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding and practices

- Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment safely

- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
