We are seeking friendly, hardworking individuals to join our team as servers at our upscale golf simulator, bar, restaurant, and social club. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while attending to the dining and beverage needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at their tables or in the golf simulator bays
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and drink offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen/bar in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and refill drinks as needed
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Set up, maintain, and break down stations for dining service
• Follow all food safety regulations for proper food handling and sanitation
• Assist with light cleaning and restocking duties as required
• Work cohesively as part of a team with other service staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant, bar, or similar environment
• Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, preparation, and service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks
• Basic math skills to process transactions and calculate totals
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food handler's certification or ability to obtain it
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving high standards
