Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the profitability of our ventures. If you have a strong background in construction estimating and are skilled in project management, negotiation, and cost control, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project schedules and budgets

- Conduct site visits to gather information for estimating purposes

- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget

- Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid presentations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques

- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, general contractors, and clients

- Ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively

- Familiarity with project management principles

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $106,429.00 - $116,311.00 per year
