Job Description:

As a Cleaning Technician at All Seasons Cleaning Company, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure that our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cleaning projects, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleans.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks according to established procedures and standards. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors. - Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. - Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately. - Complete special cleaning projects as assigned. - Adhere to health and safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively. - Communicate with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects as needed. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
