SHIFT: Days: Monday- Friday 8:30-4:00pm. No weekends/holidays!!
Full time direct hire opportunity working 35 hours per week.
A day in the life of this great opportunity would include the following:

• Performing clinical/physical/student and adult assessments; providing on-going

monitoring and reassessment of program attendees’ needs, and first aid/ triage.
Following up as required on all emergent/medical concerns with documentation.

• May be required to administer medications/treatments to all program attendees

including vital signs.

• Developing and implementing plans of nursing care in collaboration with other

disciplines

• Recommending medical referrals for students and adults as needed

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
• At least one year of experience within the Human Services field or a NYSED School

Nurse.

• Active New York State RN License required, BSN preferred. Current BLS certification
