QUALIFICATIONS: AA degree preferred but will accept High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of work experience, preferably in mental health or related setting however will accept no experience with ability and willingness to learn. Caregiver expereince helpful but not mandatory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to bend, lift a minimum of 50 lbs., stretch, lower, and raise self from the floor independently. Ability to hear and see in emergency situations. Must be able to pass NAPPI training and perform NAPPI techniques.
JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for supervision and milieu management as directed by the Directors, the Program Managers, the Nurses, and the shift supervisor. Provides supervision to clients at all times. Assists and/or provides selected group activities and promotes a positive, reinforcing environment for children and/or adults served in the program. Maintain all records and ensure all equipment on the unit is in working order.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 2ND SHIFT: 3P-11P AND 3RD SHIFT: 11P-7A FULL- TIME SCHEDULES ONLY AVAILABLE. NO PART -TIME OPPORTUNITIES AT THIS TIME.
