We are looking for Medical Assistant for Front Office. In this roll you will be greeting patients assisting with daily customer service questions.

If you enjoy working in a Front Office setting than this will be a great opportunity. Organization is established in Anaheim CA.

Daily functions will be checking in patient’s answering phones, making Appointments, collect patient information for EHR System.

Medical Assistant Front Office

Location : Anaheim Hills CA

Pay : $ 21.00 an Hour

Clinical Hours : Monday- Friday 8AM TO 5PM

Qualifications / Requirements :

Accuracy and detail orientated with the ability to read and implement written instructions.

Ability to collect Patient information for EHR System

Ability to Check in patient for their Visit

Knowledge of basic computer skills(Windows, E-mail, and Keyboard )

Professional attitude and Appearance

Ability to work in a TEAM Or Independent setting.

Ability and experience with insurance verification / Copay payment collection

COVID 19 Vaccines required Booster.

Education AND / OR Experience :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Medical Assistant Certificate or Diploma from an accredited trade program

CPR Certification BLS

2 Years Medical Assistant Front office Experience
