- Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and coordination
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue mobilization
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques to continue progress outside of therapy sessions
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, from an accredited program
-COTA and SLP's are welcome to apply
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist, PT, SLP, COTA
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
