This position requires common sense thinking and being able to work well with a variety of people.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic janitorial duties approx. twice a week (bathrooms, trash, mopping, etc)

• Lawn maintenance
• Equipment care & maintenance
• Basic handyman duties (Ongoing projects!)
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to follow directions, and eager to learn
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Works well under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected events, delays, tight timelines or urgent demands
• Diagnose & repair basic maintenance issues
• Welding experience (a plus but not required)
• Electrical experience (a plus but not required)

• Regular Attendance; ability and commitment to be on time.
• Neat appearance

• Must have hustle; slackers need not apply

• Must be able to pass background test and drug screen

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
