all R friends are looking for a Direct Support Professional in our Supported Living Department. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the community & making friends. This role will act as a coach, mentor, support person, and friend! We provide support to adults with developmental disabilities by developing and fostering their ability to achieve independence, being active in the community, socialization, and domestic skills.

Fun job activities include but are not limited to the following:

* Going out into the community to libraries, zoo, parks, festivals and fairs!

* Taking individuals to see movies & eat at their favorite restaurants

* Coaching by verbally and physically showing individual's how to do domestic chores such as cleaning, cooking and personal care.

* Grocery shopping

* Create a safe & happy environment at their home.

Available shifts:

(Seeking female staff )

Thursdays: 3:30-8pm Westerville

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2:30pm-9:30am Hilliard

every other weekend Friday 2:30pm-Sunday 10am Hilliard

All DSP’s are able to reach a director 24/7, if needed. The director works closely with all staff and ensures clear and precise communication. Also, we have an on-call nurse for any medical related questions that may arise.
